The Estate

Stone, olive grove & open sky

A character centuries in the making

Can Alordes is a traditional Mallorcan villa, clad in local stone beneath terracotta roof tiles and set behind substantial walls that have weathered generations of Tramuntana winters. Stone arches frame the covered terrace; the olive grove holds the whole estate in its ancient arms.

The tree-lined avenue that leads to the property sets the tone perfectly — ample parking below the house and adjacent to the main entrance, and a villa that wears its history visibly.

Olive grove, almond trees & the Puig

The property sits amid over three and a half thousand square metres of private land on the hillside above Pollensa. Ancient olive and almond groves define the grounds — gnarled, silvery, unhurried. Above them all, the unmistakable silhouette of the Puig de Maria presides over the valley.

From this elevated position the views command the surrounding countryside in every direction, from the Serra de Tramuntana to the distant shimmer of the bay.

The architecture, up close

Stone-clad walls, terracotta roof tiles, stone arches, and the quiet details of a property shaped by Mallorcan tradition.

The estate by night

As darkness falls, exterior lighting draws out the warmth of the stone. The pool glows. The Puig de Maria becomes a silhouette against the Mallorcan sky.
